Ask anyone what they know about yoga and you'll get some sort of response. Some say it is about stetching, some say you need to be limber, flexible, skinny or young. What we find in reality is everyday people like yoga for every type of reason. Some like the exercise, some like the connection with their spiritual side, others find that the benefits help their health conditions. Some like the stress relief. Come find your own reason to practice with us. Our classes are always open on a drop-in basis
