We are so excited to welcome Sierra Strother to our Bliss family.
Sierra writes, “I was trained by Moonbow Yoga and Wellness and am an RYT-200. I am also a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, yoga is finding a space to be with yourself and to integrate the body, mind, and spirit. It is finding stillness in the chaos that life can be. My yoga journey began when I was working in mental health and an instructor came to teach. The beginning of my journey was focused on the physical body and has grown to improve many other aspects of my life. Being on my mat and with my breath gives me a “home” feeling.
My intention for the individuals that attend my class is connection, safety, inspiration, self-awareness, presence, and an opportunity to show yourself love and acceptance.”

Title: Vinyasa Flow
Description: This Vinyasa class is designed to stretch and enliven the body through a creative flow of sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, backbends, and seated postures. Use your yoga pass. All levels welcome. After this class, Sierra hopes you will breathe better and feel at home in your body.
